This small-sized TFT-LCD panel has a resolution of 40x160 pixels, built-in GC9D01 controller IC, supports 4-wire SPI interface, a supply voltage (VDD) range of 2.4V~3.3V, module brightness of 300 cd/m², and contrast of 1000.
This module is in direct screen mode, and the panel adopts wide angle IPS (In plane Switching) technology.
