Product Information
N066-6448TSWPG03-H28 module is a consumer-grade COG OLED display, diagonal size 0.66 inch, made of resolution of 64x48 dots. This OLED module is built-in with SSD1315 IC; it supports Parallel/ I²C /4-wireSPI interface; t the supply voltage for logic is 2.8V (VDD), and the supply voltage for display is 7.5V(VCC). The current with 50% checkerboard display is 7.25V (for white color), driving duty 1/48. N066-6448TSWPG03-H28 module supports internal Charge Pump supply and external VCC supply.
The module is suitable for wearable devices, portable devices, etc. It can be operated at temperatures from –40℃ to +85℃; its storage temperatures range from -40℃ to +85℃.
