This small-sized TFT-LCD panel has a resolution of 128x128 pixels, built-in GC9107 controller IC, supports 4-wire SPI interface, a supply voltage (VDD) range of 2.4V~3.3V, module brightness of 300 cd/m², and contrast of 1200.
This module is in direct screen mode, and the panel adopts wide angle IPS (In plane Switching) technology. The viewing range is left: 80/right: 80/up: 80/down: 80 degrees. The IPS panel has a wide range of viewing angles, bright colors, and high-quality images that are saturated and natural. It is very suitable for applications such as wearable devices and medical instruments. The operating temperature of this module is -20 ℃ to 70 ℃, and the storage temperature is -30 ℃ to 80 ℃.
